BreadVault complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA). COPPA requires that we inform parents and legal guardians about how we collect, use and disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age; and that we obtain the consent of parents and guardians for children under 13 to use certain features of our web site. BreadVault Services are intended to be used by all members of your family, BreadVault may therefore collect Personally Identifiable Information about children who are under 13 years old ("Minors"). However, BreadVault does not intentionally collect such Personally Identifiable Information directly from Minors, but from parents or guardians who are authorized to provide such information about the respective Minors. As such, you (as the parent or guardian) and BreadVault Account Owner are required to make sure that any Minor you permit to access and use the BreadVault Site and Services understands this policy and the need to maintain a secure and safe password. you, to register you for our BreadVault Services, to improve our BreadVault Services, to respond to requests that you make, to better tailor the performance, features and support of the BreadVault Services, and/or to offer additional opportunities, information and functionality.

When we delete information that we have collected from or about you, it will be deleted from our active databases but may remain in our archives.
